Bike Ride

Ride into the sunset on Blackwell Street on this leisurely 9.6 mile bike ride.

This is a leisurely ride around Durham, it is NOT a race. Prioritize SAFETY over speed. Roads are open to vehicle traffic. Riders must obey all traffic laws, signs, and lights. For these reasons the ride is not suitable for children under age 16, and riders 16-17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the ride. Intersections are not controlled for cyclists. The ride is hilly, but the pace is easy.

Riders line up at starting at 6:15pm. The ride starts at 6:30 PM

All bikes are required by NC state law to have a white light in front and a red light in back.
